WALK THE WALK: Living what I preach.
As your therapist, I not only offer you suggestions and tips to better whatever situation we are concentrating on, I live them.
I have experienced the struggle that comes along with the commitment to the lifestyle changes that have ultimately bettered my life. I base my direction on my experiences.
I want to be living proof of the selflove/selfcare lifestyle I promote to you. Not only do I do the constant research to make sure to offer you the purest form of support, I try my best to do research through my own self study.
I have been on this path of selflove and selfcare for at least 5 years. It has been a long journey with slip ups and back tracks. I have shed many tears, ate my weight in burgers, gone back to those that didn't know how to love me and consistently thought to myself that I wasn't worth it.
Yes, I still cry, but now they are to move and release the sadness/anger from my body. I still eat burgers, but I don't secretlly do it and then shame myself for enjoying it. I have forgiven those that could not love me, and with that forgiveness I learned to love myself. I tell myself everyday that I have all that I need within and I am worth the life that I strive for.
I not only want to offer you freedom from pain in the physical sense, but I want to walk with you, hand in hand, on your journey to true selflove. I want to support your choice to discover what it is you need to care for yourself. I want to watch the ripple effect that happens to your life when you truly commit to loving yourself.
I will continue to walk this walk of self discovery and care. I would love to be there for you on your own personal journey. If you are ready to start your selflove revolution, please don't hesitate to reach out.
